We take pride in sourcing our ingredients directly from British farmers. All our eggs are laid by free range hens at Daphne’s Farm in Wales & our meat is from rare breeds roaming free range in Essex. Smoked salmon is from Chapel and Swan smokehouse in Exning, Suffolk.. Bread is baked by artisan bakery the Flour station and cakes are made in our own kitchen by hand.
Breakfast is served all day with lunch from 12pm and the kitchen closes at 4pm.
