Ingredients
celery salt
lemon wedge
ice
50ml clean, crisp vodka, such as Adnams Suffolk Barley Vodka
100ml tomato juice
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
cucumber slice, olives or celery stick, to garnish
freshly ground black pepper .
Instructions
Sprinkle some celery salt on to a saucer. Run the lemon wedge around the rim of a glass, then dip the rim in the celery salt.
Fill the glass with ice and add the vodka. Squeeze the lemon into it, then add the wedge to the glass.
Add the tomato juice, plus a dash of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, then stir and taste. Adjust the spice level by adding more sauce as necessary.
Garnish the drink with the cucumber or celery stick, then add a twist of black pepper on top.
